You must accept these before login / signup and before any payment. Last updated September 2026.
1. Service. Bulk Pins Studio generates Pinterest-ready images locally in your browser from your CSV data. Rendering, ZIP packing and previews happen on your device; only account, plan, payment-log and report records sync to our Supabase backend (shared with Tech Treasure).
2. Free plan. Up to 10 pins per batch with all design features. Downloading (ZIP / PNG / Pinterest CSV) requires a free account. Abuse, bot abuse or circumvention of batch limits may lead to suspension without notice.
3. Single Bulk ₹10 — one-time purchase, delivery of purchase information on WhatsApp / email (read carefully).
3.1 What you get: a one-time, single-batch credit to generate up to 50 pins on the device and browser where you paid. No account is needed.
3.2 Where your purchase information goes: immediately after a successful ₹10 payment, your purchase information — including payment ID, amount paid, plan name (Single Bulk 50), number of pins allowed, date and time of purchase, and a one-time activation note — will be sent to the WhatsApp number and/or email address you provide at checkout or in the Report form. Please type your WhatsApp number (with country code) and email address very carefully, because that message is your only receipt and your only proof of purchase; there is no account dashboard for one-time buyers.
3.3 Delivery time: in normal cases the WhatsApp / email confirmation arrives within a few minutes of payment success. During gateway, network or messaging delays it may take up to 24 hours. Please check spam / promotions folders and WhatsApp message requests, and keep the same phone number and email active for at least 48 hours after payment.
3.4 What to do if you do not receive it: if you do not receive your purchase information on WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of payment, contact us at once through the Report page in the Generator with (a) the exact WhatsApp number and email you entered, (b) date and approximate time of payment, (c) amount (₹10), and (d) your Razorpay payment ID / UTR from your bank / UPI app. We will verify with the payment gateway and re-send your purchase information to the corrected WhatsApp / email once, free of charge.
3.5 Single-device storage: the credit itself is stored only in this browser on this device (localStorage). Clearing site data, using incognito, reinstalling the browser, or switching devices or browsers will erase it, and the WhatsApp / email message alone cannot re-activate a cleared browser — it only proves you paid. In that case contact support with your payment ID and we will guide you.
3.6 Cautions: one-time credit is consumed by the first generation run after payment, even if that run has errors or fewer than 50 rows. Draft your CSV carefully before generating. No refunds once pins are generated or the credit is consumed, except for duplicate charges or proven payment-without-activation reported within 7 days.
4. Pro ₹99. Unlocks up to 100 pins per batch, AI-generated titles / descriptions / tags on export, and the official Pinterest bulk CSV. Validity as shown at checkout (default 30 days). Pro purchase information is likewise sent to your account email and, where provided, to your WhatsApp number. Payments processed by Razorpay; we never store card / UPI details on our servers.
5. Content. You own your input and outputs. You warrant you have rights to CSV text and images. Do not upload copyrighted, illegal, hateful or deceptive material. We may block rendering or reporting accounts for violations.
6. Privacy. CSVs render locally and are never uploaded. Account email, plan status, generation counts, payment logs and reports sync to Supabase for licensing and support. WhatsApp numbers and emails provided for purchase delivery are used only for delivery and support.
7. Refunds. Digital goods: refunds only for duplicate charges or proven non-delivery reported within 7 days via Report with payment ID. One-time credits consumed by generation are not refundable.
8. Contact. Use the Report page in the Generator for any issue, including missing WhatsApp / email purchase information. Operated alongside Tech Treasure.
9. Links and branding on news pins (read carefully). Article URLs never appear on the pin itself — each pin shows your brand name (plus your uploaded logo when set). The upload CSV's Link column carries the source wrapped through our redirect page at techtreasure.sbs/redirect.html?url=…: visitors see a short interstitial naming the destination site (about 2 seconds, with a Continue button) before continuing. This exists so outbound clicks can be counted and so visitors always know they are leaving our site. Only http(s) destinations are allowed — anything else shows an invalid-link page and goes nowhere. If a source URL is missing or malformed, the pin exports with an empty Link and Pinterest may reject that row; always check the Preview before downloading.
10. Default links on quote pins. Quote pins carry your own link when your CSV provides one (page_name / link column, routed via the redirect page for measurement). When the column is empty, the export automatically uses https://techtreasure.sbs/bulk-pins-generator/ so no pin ever uploads with a blank link. To send quote traffic elsewhere, simply fill the link column in your CSV.
11. AI-generated titles, descriptions and tags. Pro exports can rewrite titles (max 100 chars), descriptions (max 500 chars) and keyword sets using Google's Gemini model via our server (your key is never in the browser). AI output is a draft: wording, facts and claims must be reviewed by you in the full Preview before publishing. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality or Pinterest approval of AI text, and AI-generated claims about real events, people or products are your responsibility once published.
12. Images and sources. Images you paste must be ones you have the right to use. Auto-generated Pollinations images are AI creations; internet photos (e.g. Unsplash samples) follow their own licences — check before commercial use. Media URLs must stay publicly reachable after upload, or Pinterest cannot fetch the pin image. News headlines and snippets belong to their publishers and are linked back as sources; we claim no ownership over fetched news content.
